1. Use of Our Services

By booking a move with Centerville Movers, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for your move

• Ensure that all items being moved are owned by you or that you have legal permission to move them

• Cooperate with our moving team during the relocation process

2. Booking & Payment

• Quotes provided are estimates and may change based on the final inventory, travel distance, special requests, or unexpected circumstances.

• A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.

• Full payment is typically due upon completion of services, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability and should be arranged as early as possible.

4. Liability & Damages

• While we handle your belongings with care, minor scratches or damages can occur during a move.

• We are not liable for damage to items that were improperly packed by the customer.

• Items of extraordinary value (jewelry, cash, collectibles) should not be included in the move unless disclosed in advance.

5. Storage Services

• If using our storage service, payment must be made monthly in advance.

• You are responsible for insuring your items while in storage.

• Unpaid storage beyond a certain period may result in disposal or sale of items in accordance with local laws.

6. Prohibited Items

For safety and legal reasons, we do not transport:

• Flammable materials or hazardous chemicals

• Firearms or ammunition

• Illegal substances

• Perishable food or live animals

7. Delays & Unforeseen Events

We make every effort to complete your move on time. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, or other events beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including logos, text, images, and designs—is the property of Centerville Movers and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately once posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised terms.
